N.Y. Public Authorities Law Section 1147-X
Audit and annual report


In conformity with the provisions of section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the authority shall be subject to the supervision of the comptroller and an annual audit shall be performed by an independent certified accountant. The authority shall annually submit to the governor and comptroller and to the chairs of the senate finance and assembly ways and means committees a detailed report pursuant to the provisions of § 2800 (Annual reports by authorities)section two thousand eight hundred of this chapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed with the clerk of each town and village in the service area.
