N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law Section 29.07
Continuance of rules and regulations


All rules, regulations, acts, ordinances, determinations and decisions of any board, trust, council or commission pertaining to the functions, powers and duties transferred to the office, in effect at the time of such transfer, shall continue in force and effect as rules, regulations, acts, determinations and decisions of the office until duly modified or abrogated by the commissioner.
