N.Y. Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law Section 15.13
Acquisitions in sixth region

As used in this article, the term commissioner shall mean the commissioner of parks, recreation and historic preservation or, for real property in the sixth region, the commissioner of environmental conservation.
