N.Y. Military Law Section 168
Assignment and transfer of enlisted personnel to the New York guard


Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, enlisted persons of other forces of the organized militia may be assigned, transferred or detailed to duty with the New York guard or any unit, headquarters, staff or cadre thereof and such persons may be relieved or transferred from such assignment, duty or detail.
