N.Y. Judiciary Law Section 186
Offices of county judge and surrogate in Fulton county combined

The office of county judge and the office of surrogate in Fulton county are hereby combined and on and after the effective date of this act all the functions, powers and duties of such surrogate shall be exercised and performed by each county judge of such county.
