Repayment

The repayment of the funded amount plus charges to be paid to the consumer litigation funding company by the consumer shall be a predetermined amount based upon intervals of time from the funding date through the resolution date, and shall not be determined as a percentage of the recovery from the legal claim. * NB Effective June 17, 2026
