Flood mitigation task force


The New York state canal flood mitigation task force, referred to in this article as the task force, is hereby established to identify reasonable measures that can be taken to enhance flood management and mitigation in and along the New York state canal system, including the Erie Canal and major water bodies within the Oswego river basin that contribute to the flooding of the canal, and to make recommendations with respect to such measures. * NB Repealed 120 days after the New York State canal flood mitigation task force has submitted its completed report (see ch. 456/2007 §2)
