N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law Section 56-0501
Allocation of moneys


1.

Of the moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to the Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996, two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000) shall be available for disbursements for environmental restoration projects.

2.

Beginning in state fiscal year two thousand fifteen--two thousand sixteen, environmental restoration projects may be funded using the proceeds of bonds issued pursuant to Public Authorities Law § 1285-Q (Financing of hazardous waste site remediation projects)section twelve hundred eighty-five-q of the public authorities law provided that funding for such projects shall conform to the limitations provided in subdivision one of such section.
