Definitions

* § 27-2301. Definitions. For the purposes of this section:

“Wireless telephone service supplier” means a person or entity which provides wireless telephone service, as defined in paragraph (b) of subdivision one of Vehicle & Traffic Law § 1225-C (Use of mobile telephones)section twelve hundred twenty-five-c of the vehicle and traffic law.

2.

“Wireless telephone” shall have the same meaning as “mobile telephone” as defined in paragraph (a) of subdivision one of Vehicle & Traffic Law § 1225-C (Use of mobile telephones)section twelve hundred twenty-five-c of the vehicle and traffic law. * NB There are 2 § 27-2301’s
