N.Y. Education Law Section 8000
Introduction

This article applies to the use of the titles “certified dietitian” and “certified nutritionist”. The general provision for all professions contained in article 130 (Arthur O Eve Opportunity For Higher Education)article one hundred thirty of this title shall apply to this article.
