N.Y. Education Law Section 295
Support of interstate library district


Any library, library system, county, city, village, town or school district of this state may provide funds, including funds received from local taxation for state aid for the support and operation of an interstate library district established as provided herein, in accordance with the terms of the agreement establishing the same provided that such agreement together with the plan of library service thereunder has been approved by the commissioner.
