N.Y. Debtor & Creditor Law Section 111
Discharge, when void


A discharge, granted to an insolvent as prescribed in this article, is void, in the same cases, so far as they are applicable, in which a discharge, granted as prescribed in article third of this chapter, is therein declared to be void; and the validity of such a discharge may be tested in the same manner.
