Liability of employer

  • compressed air illness

With respect to claims filed after July first, nineteen hundred sixty-one, for compensation on account of disability or death resulting from compressed air illness or its sequelae, the employer who is made liable for the total compensation as provided by § 44 (Liability of employer)section forty-four of this article, shall not be entitled to an apportionment of such compensation among prior employers.
