Metropolitan commuter transportation district supplemental registration fee

Registrants residing in the metropolitan commuter transportation district shall upon the registration or renewal of a motor vehicle be charged a supplemental registration fee to be paid to the commissioner or his or her agent in accordance with the provisions of this article.
