N.Y. Vehicle & Traffic Law Section 3011
Reference to highway law

The reference by any law, general or special, to any section of articles eleven or eleven-a of the highway law shall be deemed a reference to the corresponding section of the vehicle and traffic law as modified or changed by this chapter.
