Service on nonresidents and certain residents, administrators or executors

For the purposes of § 252 (Exemption of certain in-transit vehicle registrations)section two hundred fifty-two of this chapter, an ATV shall be a vehicle and the provisions of that section and section two hundred fifty-three of this chapter shall apply to ATVs.
