N.Y. Vehicle & Traffic Law Section 121-C
Limited use vehicle


A motor vehicle, other than one registered or capable of being registered pursuant to sections four hundred one or four hundred ten of this chapter, which has a maximum performance speed of not more than forty miles per hour, as defined in § 122-B (Maximum performance speed)section one hundred twenty-two-b of this chapter.
