N.Y. Real Property Actions & Proceedings Law Section 1751
Sale contrary to will or conveyance prohibited


Real property, or an interest in real property, shall not be disposed of, as prescribed in this article, contrary to the provisions of a will by which it was devised, or of a conveyance or other instrument by which it was transferred, to the infant, incompetent person or conservatee.
