Action by representative of representative


§ 11-3.4 Action by representative of representative Except as otherwise prescribed by law, a personal representative of a personal representative has no authority to commence or maintain any action or proceeding relating to the estate, effects or rights of the decedent of the first representative, or to take any charge or control thereof, as such representative.
