N.Y. Agriculture & Markets Law Section 135-C
Penalties

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article or the rules and regulations duly adopted pursuant thereto shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 39 (Penalties for violation of chapter or other laws)section thirty-nine of this chapter, in addition to the remedies provided in this article.
